The Business Analysis Certificate offered by the Center for Professional & Executive Development will help you master the overall process of business analysis and requirements gathering. The courses address real-world problems that business analysts face, allowing you to define business needs and recommend effective and efficient solutions.


You learn in a full-day, face-to-face environment with participants from diverse backgrounds and instructors who combine academic rigor with practical experience. The courses are offered multiple times per year so you can easily fit them into your schedule, and they can be taken individually to meet business needs.


You’ll start with the 3-day Defining and Managing Business Requirements, which provides techniques for effective business analysis and requirements gathering. You continue with Developing Use Cases and Process Models and Project Facilitation, Consulting, and Meeting Management.


The certificate also includes 2 electives. Choose from Business Process Improvement Using Lean Six Sigma and Performance Metrics; Agile Project Management: Techniques for Iterative Development; and Product Manager Imperatives.


The Business Analysis Certificate gives you the tools to drive decisions in your workplace and develop breakthrough solutions for employees and customers.
